Mr. Adragna is admitted in state and federal courts in New Mexico. His practice focuses on defending complex civil litigation, including catastrophic personal injury, trucking and transportation, premises liability, civil rights, governmental entity, and workers’ compensation cases. Mr. Adragna has successfully tried multiple jury and bench trials, argued, obtained summary judgment, and prevailed in matters on appeal.

Mr. Adragna attended the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude, Order of the Coif. As a law student, Mr. Adragna externed for the Honorable James O. Browning, United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the Honorable Jennifer L. Attrep, when she sat on the First Judicial District Court of New Mexico. Additionally, Mr. Adragna served as an editor of the New Mexico Law Review, published a law review article, competed as a two-year member and captain of the school’s National Mock Trial team, and worked as a research assistant for faculty. Mr. Adragna received the Roehl Advocate Award for Trial Advocacy, the Professor Michael B. Browde Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law, and the Judge Oliver Seth Award in Ethics. Following graduation, Mr. Adragna completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable C. Shannon Bacon of the New Mexico Supreme Court. Mr. Adragna assisted Justice Bacon with drafting and editing opinions, as well as researching a variety of civil, criminal, and administrative law issues before the Court.

Outside of work, Mr. Adragna enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, Meghan, and wonderful young children. He also enjoys cooking, getting outdoors, and is a passionate sports fan, including rooting for his favorite teams: the Chicago Cubs, Green Bay Packers, Manchester City, and OU Football.
