Jessica A. Serrano is a strategic lawyer with a strong track record of guiding clients through complex legal challenges. Her practice spans civil rights defense, labor and employment law, construction defects, premises liability, insurance defense, and complex civil litigation. She has also handled internal investigations and workplace training for managers. Jessica understands the legal and operational pressures her clients face across the nonprofit, public, and private sectors. She has worked closely with individuals, professionals, executives, and union leaders to proactively resolve issues before they escalate, offering practical, business-minded solutions. Before practicing law, Jessica served in the United States Army, where she developed the leadership, discipline, and resilience that shape her legal approach today. These qualities fuel her steady advocacy and grounded advice—even in high-stakes situations.

Jessica is admitted to practice in New Mexico state and federal courts, as well as in Washington state court. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys time with her family, hiking, golfing, and exploring the outdoors. A passionate sports fan, she proudly supports the Carolina Hurricanes, Nebraska Cornhuskers, Denver Broncos, and Kansas City Royals.
