Ms. Lynn received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Kansas in 1987, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1989.  Ms. Lynn was a member of the moot court team that earned first place in oral arguments at the Pace University National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition.  

Ms. Lynn concentrates her practice in general liability, workers’ compensation, toxic torts, civil rights and employment law.  She has tried in excess of 50 bench trials and over 10 jury trials.  Ms. Lynn is admitted to practice before all New Mexico state and federal courts and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.  She is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute and the New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Association.  In addition, Ms. Lynn has lectured repeatedly at continuing legal education and risk management seminars regarding Workers’ Compensation and employment issues.
