Mr. Pullen received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History through the Honors Division at Indiana University at Bloomington, Indiana in 1989, and his Juris Doctor from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in 1992. Mr. Pullen was the recipient of the William H. Godwin Scholarship for academic excellence while at Marshall-Wythe and served as the founding Editor-in-Chief of the William and Mary Bill of Rights Journal from 1991-1992. He was also a member of the Marshall-Wythe Moot Court Bar and was a member of the Marshall-Wythe quarter finalist team at the 1992 Cardozo Moot Court Tournament in New York.
Mr. Pullen is admitted to practice before all New Mexico federal and state courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Pullen concentrates his practice in areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith defense, construction accident and defect litigation, architect/engineering malpractice, appellate practice, employment law, corporate and business law, commercial and real estate transactions, wills and estate planning, and intellectual property. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of New Mexico, and the Albuquerque Bar Association. He represents clients in all aspects of litigation, mediations, administrative proceedings and arbitration.
