Mr. Wosick earned his Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Mexico.  While in law school, Mr. Wosick received the Lewis F. Powell Award for Advocacy and was a member of the mock trial team that won the Western Regional competition and competed at the National Mock Trial Team Competition.

Mr. Wosick is admitted to practice before all New Mexico state and federal courts and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, the New Mexico Defense Lawyer’s Association, and the Defense Research Institute.  Mr. Wosick’s practice focuses primarily on jury and non-jury matters including uninsured motorist arbitrations, personal injury, products liability, premises liability, veterinarian malpractice, insurance bad faith and construction law.  Mr. Wosick has tried over 20 bench trials and more than 15 jury trials.
