Ms. White received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish magna cum laude from DePauw University in 1998 and her Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico in 2002.  While in law school, she was the managing editor of the United States-Mexico Law Journal. 

Ms. White served as a law clerk to Chief Judge James J. Wechsler of the New Mexico Court of Appeals. She has also worked as a staff attorney at the Second Judicial District Court, where she assisted the Court’s nine civil judges in drafting opinions in administrative and municipal appeals and in analyzing dispositive motions.

            Ms. White is admitted to practice before all New Mexico State and Federal courts, as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.  She is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico and the New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association.  Her practice focuses primarily on appeals, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, civil rights, and insurance defense.
